Our business commenced in 1997, providing consulting and software development services predominately for the Warehousing Industry and later expanding into Point Of Sale Systems.
In late 2003, POS Works Pty Ltd was established and incorporated for the purpose of developing a realtime Corporate POS Solution. During this time, the company undertook a limited private float and 10 new investment shareholders joined the business.
The POS Works Retail Management System (PRMS) was first released late 2008. Since its release, POS Works has steadily gained a solid customer support base across Australia, with customers now in every state.
Between 2008 – 2014 POS works has converted in excess of 300 pharmacies to the POS Works point of sale system.
Today POS Works has a staff of 15, the majority of staff being developers specialising in retail systems and customer facing mobile applications; an area of the business we continue to focus on.
Whilst by industry standards, POS Works may be considered a smaller operator, it is our ability to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations that has allowed us to steadily grow our customer base. In keeping with our Mission Statement:
